Don Duval has been a Chapter Chair since 2011 and currently Chairs the Northern Ontario Chapter. Don is the Chief Executive Officer at NORCAT, a leading non-profit organization dedicated to empowering their clients, staff, and community partners to drive a culture of productivity, innovation, and life-long learning. As an angel investor, strategy consultant, recovering tech entrepreneur, university engineering professor, and former executive at the MaRS Discovery District, Don is passionate to be part of a team that embodies the true spirit of collaboration, excellence, and innovation.
Outside of his day to day activities, Don sits on the Board of JUMP Math, University of Ontario Institute of Technology (UOIT), and the Canadian Innovation Exchange. In addition, Don serves as the Chair of
the Sudbury Queen’s Alumni Association and is a member of the Young Presidents Organization. Academically, Don has a BScH in Chemistry from Queen's University and a MASc in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto.
